The ideal candidate should have strong people and customer service skills, a track record of process improvement, exceptional accounting experience, strong analytical skills and excellent teamwork skills along with an ability to work in an ever-changing environment.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Prepare assigned monthly journal entries.
• Perform assigned general ledger account reconciliations.
• Prepare all operational, corporate, and ad-hoc reporting including analysis requests, schedules and quarterly, annual workpapers.
• Maintain all inter-company and intra-company accounts and ensure all accounts are reconciled. Prepare intercompany statements for other business locations.
• Prepare year-end reporting packages, year-end schedules for NAPP Corporate Finance, year-end audit and Group, and local operations reporting needs.
• Prepare monthly HFM files for Group reporting.
• Prepare weekly cash forecast.
• Financial planning and analysis
• Budget and forecast - development and management
• Consolidations and disclosures
• Other projects and assignments as necessary

Qualification & Experience

• 5 years of experience
• SAP systems experience strongly preferred. 
• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Motivated individual who works well with others and thinks clearly under pressure.
• Exceptional ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining organization and control
• Proven track record of process improvement
• Accounting knowledge and experience required.
• Packaging & paper experience a plus
• Financial analysis experience required.
• Budget and forecast experience required.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
