```Job Summary```
The Sales and Operations Manager is a key member of The Patch Boys team who is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations. This individual must quickly be viewed as a leader in the space; working collaboratively with all team members, clients, and our sister brands to drive revenue, maximize gross profit dollars, and help create a roadmap for our future.
Essential Functions:
· Drive top line revenue by performing in-home and virtual estimates.
· Lead a team of technicians as they respond, perform repairs, and communicate with our clients.
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, while building a vision towards the future.
· Develop relationships with clients and contractors throughout the drywall industry.
· Protect the profitability of the business by managing payroll and cost of materials
Key Responsibilities and Metrics:
· Schedule and assign a team of technicians to perform home repairs
· Communicate with clients via phone, text and email
o Be available a minimum of 40 hours each week during operating hours
· Schedule, build and finalize estimates using our CRM system; Jobber
o Schedule and perform a minimum of 10 estimates each week with a close rate of 40%
· Organize and manage the Job Schedule as to optimize technician payroll
o Technician payroll not to exceed 30% of revenue in any given month
· Oversee jobs, issue resolution, engagement of field teams and our clients
o Maintain a review score of 90% on Google, Angi and other LEAD Generation platforms
· Manage Cost of Materials and Small Tools accounts and identify opportunities to reduce waste
o Cost of Materials should not exceed 10% and Small Tools should not exceed 2% of revenue in any given month
· Identify opportunities for teammate growth and education
· Ensure jobs are completed to client satisfaction, invoices are provisioned payments are collected within 5 days of invoice date
· Assist with drywall installation, repairs, painting, and other home services as needed
