The leadership team at Drywall Doctor has successfully scaled companies in the past and this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this startup company. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

We offer a competitive commission structure for our Marketing Sales Representatives.

As a Outside Sales Representative at Drywall Repair, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within Central, NJ. You will be responsible for business-to-business sales, prospecting and qualifying leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Build relationships with contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other skilled trades professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the Central, NJ market.
  • Maintain accurate sales and operational records using CRM software.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights.

About you:

  • Excited about working in a startup environment with a fast-growing company
  • 3 years of B2B, Outside Sales experience
  • Proven track record of attaining goals and exceeding quotas
  • Solid computer skills including CRM Systems and MS Office
  • Local to the Central New Jersey area
  • Drivers license in good standing as well as a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You enjoy meeting new people and building relationships!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • This is a Base Salary position
  • Residual commissions on the relationships you build and nurture
  • All driving expenses are reimbursed
  • Defined territory
  • Health Benefits - As a startup company, benefits are still being determined, but it will include some kind of health insurance or stipend
