Drywall Doctor is a top-quality wall and ceiling repair service for residential and commercial properties in Central, New Jersey. The leadership team at Drywall Doctor has successfully scaled companies in the past and this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this startup company. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. We offer a competitive commission structure for our Field Sales Representatives.

As a Field Sales Representative at Drywall Repair, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within Central, NJ. You will be responsible for business-to-business sales, prospecting and qualifying leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Build relationships with contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other skilled trades professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the Central, NJ market.
  • Maintain accurate sales and operational records using CRM software.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights.

About you:

  • Excited about working in a startup environment with a fast-growing company
  • 3 years of B2B, Outside Sales experience
  • Proven track record of attaining goals and exceeding quotas
  • Solid computer skills including CRM Systems and MS Office
  • Local to the Central New Jersey area
  • Drivers license in good standing as well as a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You enjoy meeting new people and building relationships!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • This is a Base Salary position
  • Residual commissions on the relationships you build and nurture
  • All driving expenses are reimbursed
  • Defined territory
  • Health Benefits - As a startup company, benefits are still being determined, but it will include some kind of health insurance or stipend
