Manager Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Cosmetologust in the state of NY.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a hair stylist. Drybar experience a plus!!
• Experience in salon management.
• Has excellent Leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring day to day operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Compentant Brand Ambassador.
• Fluent Trainer and Motivator. Previous Training Experience required.
• Customer Service oriented.
• Expert in Quality Assurance, making sure Customer has the Best Experience.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project Training skills.
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody Software experience a plus
