Resonsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.

• Recording information as needed.

• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

• Creating purchase orders and process payables.

• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

• Performing general office clerk duties.

• Maintaining supply inventory.

• Maintaining office equipment as needed.

• Aiding with client and vendor reception as needed.

• Breakdown of weekly timesheets

• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

• Process customer payments.

Requirements:

• Consistently shows up on time.

• High school diploma.

• Experience as an office assistant or in related field.

• Ability to write clearly.

• Warm personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work well under limited supervision.

• Detail Oriented

• Ability to anticipate needs

• Time management skills and strategic planning

• Strong ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
