Responsibilities:

• Supervise all vehicle deliveries, ensuring customers are informed about warranty details, maintenance requirements, and features.
• Connect customers with service and parts personnel, providing shop location and hours of operation.
• Follow up with sales and warranty customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor the results of customer satisfaction programs and questionnaires, as well as manufacturer surveys.
• Provide performance scores to salespeople and give suggestions for improvement, as needed.
• Assist with other special projects and company events, as needed.
