We’ve helped thousands of children avoid the lure of substance use, helped teens find the path to an addiction-free life, reunited families and helped those struggling to overcome behavioral health problems. We provide the most comprehensive behavioral health services for children and families in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Treatment Services to join our TEAM in Ft. Pierce, Fl.! DATA is well known for helping adolescences and their families who experience life’s most difficult situations. Our growing program is ready for our next Director to guide the way. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day client care operations. The Director of Treatment Services we are seeking will have experience leading a team of Therapists including; 4 Outpatient Therapists, 2 Residential Therapists, and 3 Onsite Therapists who are passionate about treating those recovering from substance abuse, co-occurring substance use disorders, and mental health diagnoses.

The Director of Treatment Services will also participate in weekly Treatment Team meeting, supervision with staff meeting weekly, drug court once a month, and participate in PIC (performance improvement committee) meeting quarterly.

Qualifications

A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years post-graduate training. A minimum of three (2) years supervisory experience in individual, group or family therapy and/or addiction certification. A license is required in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
