Admin Asst./Optometric Technician - We Will Train!

We are a busy optometric practice seeking admin asst./technicians for our Burnsville clinic.

Flexible full or part-time position available - great for students!

Our practice is open 7 days a week. General office hours range from 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday thru Friday with reduced hours on weekends. Working some weekends is required.

We are looking for a team-player to join our staff!

Ideal candidate: attention to detail and willingness to follow directions; ability to multi-task; positive and cheerful attitude; computer proficient; serious minded person that can offer a long term commitment; excellent customer service skills; willingness to support and promote the company with honesty and integrity.

Duties include:

• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance authorization
• Preliminary vision screenings
• Contact lens training/education
• Light maintenance duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
