Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your main responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist and be familiar with orthodontic software such as Ortho2 EDGE.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and specialists
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical history as needed
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage
- Collect payments and provide financial counseling to patients
- Manage patient inquiries and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator
- Familiarity with orthodontic software
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and recordkeeping procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
