Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Discuss vehicles' features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
• Explain the benefits of various models, options, and features.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Research automotive industry trends and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Negotiate price and terms to close sales and follow up with customers.
• Complete all paperwork related to the sale of a vehicle.
• Meet sales targets set by the dealership and contribute to team effort.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
