Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Your role will involve handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is an asset
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems, computers, and other office equipment
- A positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
