We sell online only and have a warehouse & office location in Lindon, UT where this job is located. We're currently looking for someone to join our Customer Service team in our front office area.

DUTIES:
You will be cross-trained on all customer service duties in our front office so you can help as needed.
-Responding to customer service emails
-Assisting with the customer returns process
-Assisting with customer local order pickup
-Various front office and administrative duties, as needed

SCHEDULE:
-Monday-Friday
-9AM-3PM

-Has prior customer service experience
-Has excellent writing skills, spelling & grammar
-Will represent Lala in a cheerful, friendly, respectful manner as this position is customer-facing
-Is a motivated, organized, dynamic & reliable teammate
-Is highly detail-oriented
-Is flexible, efficient and comfortable jumping between tasks
-Is a team player who's excited to work and loves getting shiz done
