Attune is a female-led and operated team with 20 years of experience in the luxury spa industry, and we pride ourselves on building community presence, as well as a team culture that is defined by our core values – integrity, authenticity, support, and passion. As patients ourselves, we saw the med spa industry needed disruption. Our nationwide med spas are launching in mid/late 2024, and we are looking for an experienced and seasoned full-time Marketing Manager to join our team at the Stamford flagship location.

JOB OVERVIEW

As the Attune Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing campaigns and be responsible for driving all digital and social media customer acquisition strategies. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to be immersed in the world of medical aesthetics paired with integrative wellness, to understand our client needs, target and increase our customer base, as well as facilitate personal development that creates a space for you to grow with Attune. Our ideal candidate is genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer service, and enhancing quality brand awareness through targeted, researched, innovative, multi-faceted marketing.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years experience in a lead marketing managerial role, with at least 1 year focus working with the wellness beauty and/or hospitality company
  • Must have experience using at least 4 of the following programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro), Canva, Figma, Planoly, HTML, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
  • Must have direct experience using the following social media management tools: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Must have strong copywriting/copy-editing skills, and B2C social media marketing & content development experience
  • Must have top level experience with planning and managing PR events with high profile attendees including editors, influencers, etc.
  • College education with minimum bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to attend marketing events/functions, and report to Stamford & Greenwich offices when required
  • Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility work requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the Attune values & culture at all times, and demonstrate knowledge of all clinic services, technologies, products, policies & procedure – effectively communicating these aspects to all clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with all Attune contracted PR firms/agencies to dictate digital content wtih SEO and PPC marketing, drive engagement across all social media channels, facilitate a marketing calendar, and utilize data analytics to track marketing campaign performance
  • Manage all creation and editing of written, video, photo, and digital content, that will represent a unified brand voice across all Attune marketing channels
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling and publishing strategic posts on all platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Monitor social media account engagement, interact with users, and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments in a timely manner; Report on online reviews and feedback from customers
  • Design client acquisition & retention campaigns utilizing promotions, loyalty programs, and personalized communication with strategic CRM and email template campaigns
  • Regularly assess all marketing and business strategies based on client needs, and tailor marketing efforts according to adjusting market trends and customer preferences
  • Conduct competitor analyses, review analytics/reports on key metrics, leverage marketing audit data to make informed decisions, and measure ROI for marketing strategy effectiveness
  • Establish partnerships with neighboring businesses & host community events/workshops for organic growth marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (providers, sales, customer service) to coordinate promotions that support business objectives
  • Attend off-site and in-house events in order to produce social media content, which may require atypical and/or flexible work hours & commitments
  • Demonstrate advanced written communication skills with all work-related correspondence, and impeccable verbal communication skills with all interactions, especially client engagement to ensure they are fully informed & satisfied
  • Build rapport with existing & potential clients by playing an active role in community engagement, social media efforts, and business-to-business promotions that uphold & grow the brand’s reputation
  • Collaborate with executive management to provide feedback on process improvements, strategic initiatives, or marketing campaigns that help enhance business reputation
  • Manage certain clerical projects such as organizing quarterly content calendars, tracking social media metrics, and coordinating collaboration with external partners.
  • Always practice punctuality, professional accountability, consistent dependability, and exhibit overall reliability by accommodating unique client requests whenever able

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
