The Role:

The Oribe commercial coordinator will be responsible for completing commercial and administrative tasks which are necessary to ensure successful expansion of Oribe in the Nordics. The tasks included in this role are within the areas of marketing, sales support, planning and optimizing of education of hair dressers as well as forecasting and managing diverse tasks within supply management. The role will require close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as the Oribe sales team, free lance educators as well as EMEA planning team. In addition there will be cooperation with a Nordic PR agency.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Copenhagen (hybrid working model).

What you will do:

  • Arranging education events for hairdressers, including booking of models. Flights etc.
  • One point of contact for hairdressers incl. hosting and planning monthly information meetings
  • Managing education budget & Invoices
  • Fill out diverse reports of education status to the global team
  • Ordering of new products and samples for key account managers
  • Forecasting and planning activities including orders, sold out situations and stock
  • Maintaining pricelists
  • Coordination with E-com team about launches and other relevant info
  • Ensuring all materials in the BCA is updated
  • Coordination with PR agency, e.g. ensuring they have press material and products
  • Fashion week planning and execution
  • Managing POS material, including forecasting
  • Preparing merchandise, assortment and space related to opening of new stores
  • Managing Oribe's Marketing budget
  • Preparing and presenting brand presentations for Key Account Managers
  • Managing new launches incl. tracking and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Updating image bank for Oribe

What you will need:

  • Requires Bacherlor degree or equivalent
  • 2 years’ administrative experience in a professional office environment in a similar or sales support role is required.
  • FMCG, Cosmetology or salon experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good planning skils
  • Good communication skills
  • Outgoing, service-minded personality
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficiency in English. Understanding of Nordic languages is a plus
