Dreamclinic Massage: Assistant Clinic Manager - Roosevelt

As the Assistant Clinic Manager at our Roosevelt clinic, you will play a critical role in the business. You will lead a team of customer service professionals and will ensure an ongoing amazing experience for our clients by maintaining clean and welcoming facility, managing our front desk administrator team and schedules, and building strong positive relationships with all team members.

We are looking for Full-Time, 30-36 hours per week (up to 40), at least one weekend shift. Schedule is flexible based on team needs and the best candidate.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain an inspired team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly so that team members succeed and grow.
• Run an excellent operation where details are taken care of - from ensuring the lobby and restrooms are presentable, marketing supplies are on hand, the schedule is staffed, and customer service skills are high.
• Reinforce a positive, engaged culture where employees feel valued, performance and teamwork is recognized, issues are resolved quickly, and everyone feels connected to the vision.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to ensure the integrated team of practitioners and customer service staff are on the same page
