Position Overview:

As a Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain.
• Manage and coordinate transportation, including carriers, routes, and scheduling.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in [industry/type].
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transportation management, and inventory control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
