Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and materials handling.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to optimize workflow and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Utilize the system to track inventory levels, monitor shipments, and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies for a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of e-commerce processes and systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
Schedule: 3pm to 11:45pm
Must be available to work weekends.
