Job Overview: Assist the CFO and serve as a liaison completing thecorporate financial requirements of the parent company. Requirements: Assist the CFO in the following:
International Corporate Affairs: serve as a liaisoncompleting the corporate financial requirements of the parent company.
CFO Contract file management: Implement and maintainefficient contract data base under CFO approval.
Organize & consolidate record books, agreements, licenses & permits,and documents in Square 9.
Insurance support: Vehicle registrations, accident notifications, and supportwith documents for insurance company requests.
Determines cost of operations by establishing standardcosts; collecting operational data.
Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzingactual results with plans and forecasts.
Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoringvariances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Maintains and updates the monthly and quarterly financialanalysis reports and presentations
Models and studies proposed changes in methods and materials
Assists the Supply Chain group in the analysis of inventorytrends; recommends improvements and changes to improve the result
Assists operations management in tracking and interpretingfinancial data relevant to their specific department
Performs ad hoc jobs requested by the Controller, CFO, orFinancial Planner
All other related duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
BS orBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Accounting Software (SQ9)
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solvingskills
Teamwork, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills.
