The Crown Is Yours
As a member of our Brand & Creative team, you will design and automate campaigns and creative executions across channels to build the DraftKings brand and business. Our ideal candidate blends a passion for creativity, a collaborative spirit, and confidence. In the production designer role, you will directly contribute to high-impact design campaigns and creative executions across channels to build the DraftKings brand with our audience.
What you'll do as a Design Co Op

• Partner with Designers and Project Managers to create assets for channels including Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM.
• Work with the Art Directors and Designers to establish and execute on creative vision.
• Create layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, organizing elements, and usability.
• Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech.

What you'll bring

• Working towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and deliver on quick deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
• Knowledge of sports is a plus.
• A relevant portfolio must be provided

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $16.16 - $24.24, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
