Job Description:

LIM is seeking an Information Technology Support Co-op with some hands-on background in technology. This position requires some experience with cabling and devices including but not limited to desktops, laptops, server equipment etc.

LIM is seeking an Information Technology Support co-op whose responsibilities will include:

• Engage effectively with other team members
• Troubleshoot desktop support related issues
• Assist with inventory and procurement
• Implement, review and re-write current documentation and standard operating procedures
• Support office moves including peripherals
• Work closely with other senior members of the team to assist as needed
• Improve current knowledge database
• Engage with user support inquiries
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Some relevant experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Windows platforms
• Ability to maintain professional dress and grooming
• A basic understanding of computer network cabling
• Desktop support troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the following computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Conducting research via internet
