Our Patient Success Specialists have the following responsibilities:

• Receiving inbound patient service calls.
• Receiving inbound calls to schedule appointments for our 24 locations.
• Completing online requests to schedule appointments.
• Making outbound reminder calls to previous patients about Annual Exams.
• Meeting and exceeding patient expectations

Requirements

• Optical experience is a plus!
• Bilingual in Spanish or Burmese is a plus!
• Ability to remain energetic, adaptable, and professional
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Computer experience
• Ability to work multiple programs at the same time
