Busy Endocrinology office looking for a front desk receptionist. This is a fast paced, busy practice where you will be working with patients, staff and the Doctor directly. Skills must include excellent customer service, phones, scheduling, organization, delegation, problem solving, computer proficiency, and multi-tasking.
Daily duties including but not limited to answering telephone calls, responding to emails, scheduling, collecting co-pays and payments from patients, assisting with prescription requests as needed, sort through mail, and other front desk duties as assigned.
Covid Vaccination required.
Office is small but busy and all members must work together as a team. Candidate must have good communication skills.
Upon offer of employment, drug screen may be required (provided by employer).
Health Insurance and generous paid time off provided after probationary employment period.
