We are looking for an experienced, fun, caring full-time dental assistant to join our dental family in Oakland Park. We have a great team and we love our patients!
Our ideal candidate is well-organized with great attention to details, has experience of taking x-ray images, caring and comfortable with all aspects of dentistry.
Responsibilities:
- Take x-rays
- Sterilization of instruments
- Dentrix proficiency
- Providing excellent costumer service to all patients
- Team player
- Educate patients and provide post-operative instructions
- Keep operatories clean and well-stocked at all the time
- Make impressions and pack cord
- Present dental treatment
- Knowledge of dental codes
- Mulitask in a high pace dental office
Skills:
- Capable of fabricating temporary crowns and bridges
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detalis
- Well-organized and reliable
- Cpr, Osha, Hippa
