Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate projects and assist with event planning as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
