Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical office operations
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Efficient data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in insurance Verification and ability to recognize terminology related to payers explanation of benefits.
