This position would oversee the maintenance duties of Victory Village Apartments in Norfolk, NE!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform repairs, and ensure all systems are operating efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying maintenance needs and addressing them in a timely manner.
• Assist in the coordination and supervision of contractors and vendors for larger repair projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with property managers and other team members to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained living environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Proven experience as a residential maintenance technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
