Dowco Enterprises Inc. is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Wildwood, MO

JDowco is looking for a driven, energetic individual to serve as the face of our organization. We are a growing landscape maintenance company that believes in providing high-quality services, going the extra mile for our clients, and hiring great people who aspire to do great things.

Dowco’s Administrative Coordinator is the first point of contact for incoming clients. The role is responsible for qualifying leads, generating proposals, and tracking sales in the pipeline while promoting Dowco’s client experience vision via front-line phone, e-mail, and marketing communication. You will coordinate client requests, provide guidance and advice on our schedule of services, and offer innovative solutions to ensure clients become repeat customers.

The right candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities, is an exceptional communicator, and is highly motivated to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

As you master the role of Sales Specialist, we will work with you to identify higher-level assignments that align with your strengths and interests, as well as company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new leads and establish client relationships via front-line, digital, and other creative engagement
  • Identify and utilize tools to improve client satisfaction, internal sales, and lead generation
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on Dowco services and seasonal timeframes
  • Coordinate incoming queries, scheduling requests and client concerns or pain points
  • Collect information on potential leads and maintain organization of client data
  • Assist Dowco’s operations & production teams during the sales process by: Preparing outgoing proposals in an accurate and timely manner; Qualifying potential leads, assisting in dispatch coordination and scheduling appointments; Tracking workload and sales pipelines for follow up; Reporting on sales trends, client queries or complaints, and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with the marketing manager to implement innovative promotional campaigns and ensure that the Dowco brand is being communicated in all strategic business activities
  • Seek out opportunities to provide support for other office staff
  • Contribute to leadership conversations that drive company planning and decisions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Minimum 2 years communication/sales/customer service experience
  • Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration degree (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a responsive, empathetic approach to client requests
  • Solution-oriented and resolution focused
  • Ability to work flexibly, adapt quickly to changing priorities think creatively to solve problems
  • Professional, polished phone and email etiquette
  • Tech-savvy and proficient across social media platforms as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be a team player, willing to learn and grow into new areas of responsibility
