We are currently looking for a Residential Construction Manager to manage and oversee all phases of residential construction, ensuring budget, schedule and most importantly, quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction from new start to finish. 
• Utilize Buildertrend to manage scheduling and document job progress for each home. 
• Oversee build schedules by communicating with management and Trade Partners ensuring timely completion of all projects. 
• Meet construction budget and timeline by monitoring project expenses, identifying VPOs, and implementing corrections.
• houses throughout the build to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Schedule punch work and corrections with Trade Partners.
• Schedule inspections for each phase of the build.
• Order materials for each job.
• Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment by enforcing safety standards and procedures.

Skills:

• Strong organization skills are a must.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in Apple products, including iPads and iPhones. BuilderTrend knowledge a plus.
• Ability to learn new software products quickly.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and process large amounts of information quickly.

Pay:$70-$85k
