Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team. As a residential construction manager, your role involves supervising and coordinating all aspects of the construction process. You’ll be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of 40-60 residential building projects and 4-6 project managers. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Your role also entails managing resources, problem-solving, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
As a new company, the current position will have substantial administrative duties as well and the candidate must be able to wear multiple hats. The candidate must be able to implement processes and workflows in order to help build a highly efficient company.
