Customer service team members engage with customers to answer questions, process orders and credits, and resolve issues. They also support our production and distribution teams by generating product reports and completing data entry tasks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Full time and part time positions available

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries with a kind and understanding attitude
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Enter data into spreadsheets for various reporting, production, and distribution purposes in a timely and accurate manner
• Organize small parcel orders for distribution
• Prepare, print, and organize production and distribution paperwork
• Manage incoming phone calls
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and perform routine to complex tasks.

Qualifications:

·2 years minimum office experience preferred

-Basic PC operating system skills

·Skilled typing ability and accurate 10 key skills a must

· Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel

· Great communication skills both written and verbal

· Reliable transportation to Alsip location

-weekend availability

-ability to occasionally lift objects up to 20lbs

-basic phone skills
