Staff Oversight: Manage office staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operation of day-to-day activities.
Client Service: Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy adjustments, and claims processing.
Administrative Support: Handle office administrative tasks, scheduling, and document management.
Policy Management: Coordinate policy renewals, updates, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to drive team success and client satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure office practices adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
