ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders with the kitchen.
• Answer all questions about cooking methods, menu items, special, and prices of all items.
• Prepare beverage orders, deliver all beverage orders.
• Prepare the guest check accurately and present it before their departure.
• Perform all cash handling and room charge procedures in accordance to policies.
• Maintain communication with hosts, bartenders and Restaurant Managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales; report all issues to shift supervisor.
• Assist in seating and greeting the guests when necessary.
• Assist to clean, clear and re-set tables.
• Clean and restock service items.
