Our mission? Maintaining a Clean and Inviting Environment for Our Guests. One of our primary responsibilities is to ensure that our guests are satisfied with their accommodations. We take pride in keeping our guest rooms and hallways clean and attractive. Additionally, we strive to maintain clean and welcoming public areas throughout the hotel. $18.00/hour.

• Keep work area clean and neat, free from dust and litter.
• Load carts with supplies needed to perform duties.
• Clean all guest rooms as assigned within the required time limit.
• Ensure all equipment is in operational order and all supplies are up to par. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered.
• Interact with guests to answer questions and provide necessary services. Refer guests to other staff members if needed.

• Be familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the hotel, cooperating fully and in a friendly manner with those areas to assure customer satisfaction.
• Be a team player and encourage the teamwork attitude among staff.
• Attend department and inter-departmental meetings as necessary.
• Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities.
• Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.
• Ensure areas are free of safety hazards and perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Follow the supervisor's instructions and perform other duties as directed or assigned.
