Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, property management and facilities maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.

What will I be doing?
As a Maintenance team member, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Reports to the Chief Engineer
· Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas
· Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
· Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry
· Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs
· Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
