Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and requests.
- Train, supervise, and schedule front desk staff to ensure efficient and professional service.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest information.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with night audit duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable.
- Proficient in hospitality software systems.
