Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and reception area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and guest relations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front office staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy in billing
- Maintain knowledge of resort amenities and local attractions to assist guests effectively

Skills:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally and efficiently
