DOPE Marketing is a software company that built a tool which allows businesses to send postcards, handwritten notes and cookies with no minimum order.

Over the past 3 years, we have helped over 5000 customers add direct mail and traditional to their multi touch marketing tool belt, with our NEW approach to an OLD way of growing a business.

For years, direct mail has been approached the wrong way. In the past, companies have had to send 1000's of cards and spend 10’s of thousands of dollars to send mail campaigns that “kind of” worked.

The Role: Account Growth Manager

As an Account Growth Manager at DOPE Marketing, you'll lead and cultivate three vital teams within our organization:

  • Client Success Managers
  • Product Specialists
  • Customer Support

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering unparalleled customer experiences for customers of DOPE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and support to drive team success.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize team efficiency.
  • Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring key metrics and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and execute training programs to empower team members and elevate performance.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to align strategies and exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee prompt and effective resolution of customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape long-term customer success strategies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nurture continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple teams, preferably in customer-facing roles.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for motivating and developing talent.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Deep understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Experience in resolving customer issues and escalations effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritization.
  • Experience in SaaS, Home Service, or B2B environments preferred.

Training and Expectations:

At DOPE Marketing, we prioritize communication and comprehensive training for all of our staff. You'll undergo 2-4 weeks of onboarding to ensure you're equipped to support our clients and teams effectively. Our tech stack includes HubSpot, Monday.com, Slack, Fathom, and the Google Suite.
