We are seeking a Resident Advocate who is dedicated to the welfare of our residents. The Resident Advocate is responsible for conducting regular wellness checks, assisting cafeteria staff with meal selections, ensuring the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for residents, and regularly checking on residents' emotional health. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in an environment where there is often very little privacy or personal space.
