Dondlinger Construction is Hiring a MEP Project Manager Near Wichita, KS
Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction needs on large scope water/waste-water treatment facilities.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of all MEP sub-contractors.
- Coordinate all MEP schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation.
- Review and approve all MEP change orders.
- Develop and monitor equipment and material delivery logs.
- Develop work lists and complete MEP punch list.
- Other miscellaneous duties as directed by the VP of the Commercial Building Division.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10yrs of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.
- Experience with water/waste-water treatment facilities is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing skilled trades and sub-contractors.
- Ability to create and work with contracts, RFI’s, change orders, and plans/specifications.
- Must have strong working knowledge of MEP means and methods along with general best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in construction management, construction science, engineering, or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Professional certifications or education in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing fields is a plus.
