I am working on behalf of a reputable Home Health franchise. They have hundreds of services across the US. This one is based in Jacksonville.

The role:

· Providing clinical leadership and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

· Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance.

· Fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.

· Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient outcomes.

· Implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.

· Serving as a liaison between clinical staff, management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Required competencies:

· Current RN license in the state of Florida.

· Previous experience in home health care management or leadership role preferred.

· Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health regulations and standards.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Commercial awareness.
