I am working on behalf of a reputable Home Health franchise. They have hundreds of services across the US. This one is based in Jacksonville.

The role:

· To identify areas to grow the business

· Getting the brand name out there

· Get referrals in Jacksonville and surrounding areas

· Open and close deals

· Specialize in Medicaid and Private Duty

· Building relationships with Physicians, Case Managers, in Hospitals etc.

Required competencies:

· Home Health/Home Care experience

· Have a book of business in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas

· Proven track record of bringing in referrals

· Genuinely enjoys building relationships

· A people’s person
