**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Division Controller to join our team. The Division Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the division, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting for the division
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide financial management support to division leadership
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accouting or finance is required
- At least 3 years in a leadership role is required
- Strong financial acumen
- Proficiency in double entry bookkeeping
- Experience with Sage accounting software
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and debits/credits principles
- Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis
- Expertise in account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with GAAP and SOX compliance standards
- Demonstrated experience in financial management
- MBA preferred
- CPA preferred
