Job Description

A csr responsibilities is to greet the customer within 9 seconds and take their orders over the phone and in person. Handle customers concerns, upsell, keep the customer area clean, cash handling, box folding, menu and product knowledge, Assembling an order and Box labeling and assist pizza makers with making and topping pizza's.
