Seeking Full Time Bookkeeper for growing bookkeeping and payroll company.
Ideal bookkeeper MUST be proficient with QuickBooks (minimum 2 years of current working knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Reconciliation), Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet.
We prefer a bookkeeper that has working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Taxes, but are willing to train if you have all the other qualifications.
We are looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper who is detail oriented and accurate, able to work with math calculations, and can manage multiple tasks/companies. Do you enjoy working in a team environment, as well as independently?
Duties will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll, payroll taxes, general ledger entries, and answering phones for multiple clients
Full Time Position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (8:00 am-4:30 pm); No weekends or evening hours.
We pay for dental/vision insurance and offer a Simple IRA plan. We do not offer health insurance. We also like to reward our employees with anniversary bonuses, plus other benefits.
