Shift Availability for LPN:
Full-Time 1:45pm-10:15pm and 9:45pm-6:15am
Part-time ALL SHIFTS
$4000 sign-on BONUS for Full-Time positions.
$2,000 sign on BONUS for Part-time positions.

Responsibilities of a LPN:
Supervise staff
Coordinate care delivery and provide care
Administer medications
Observe residents, charting and reporting changes in condition

Requirements:
Qualifications of LPN:
Current LPN license in good standing; required
Excellent customer service and leadership skills
Strong computer skills
Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
