Role Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Manager, who will be responsible for bringing in clients and generating revenue for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for generating new business prospects in the United States and any other U.S. territories within reach. This position is remote and requires you to live within the United States territory.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate the sales process by reaching out to the potential clients over call/ mails/ professional networking etc.
  • Consistently develop new leads and manage the initial lifecycle of potential leads to the sales team.
  • Customer research, identification of decision-makers, education of prospects, and qualification of purchasing interest.
  • Utilize Salesforce to accurately manage sales funnels. 
  • Acquire and show a basic grasp of Doit's services—and effectively communicate the company's capabilities and benefits to potential customers in order to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for Partnerships and Alliances for the company. 
  • Develop strategic sales tactics in collaboration with sales and sales engineering teams.
  • Extensive usage of CRM to keep accurate records of all customers' and prospects' activity, contact, and account information.
  • To gauge purchasing interest, articulate Doit's value proposition to decision-makers across several sectors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and facilitating effective collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/ Data or any other IT related technical field Or at least 1 year Tech Sales experience preferably SaaS/ SaSE/ Cyber Security and other similar domain. 
  • Self-starter with an elevated level of motivation, a competitive disposition, and an uncanny ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Team player with a desire and aptitude to operate in a high-growth sales atmosphere that is fast-paced and goal-oriented.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, superior listening abilities and a good and energizing telephone presence.
  • Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software are second nature (preferably salesforce.com).
  • Demonstrate a technological ability.
  • Demonstrated talents and skills in account growth, opportunity qualifying, pre-call preparation, call structure/control, and time and territory management.
  • Capability to work both individually and in a team context in a fast-paced environment.
