Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our dedicated team in identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and strengthen relationships that enhance our market presence, expand our reach, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that align with the company's objectives and target market.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, including short-term and long-term goals.
• Initiate and manage partnership discussions, negotiations, and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
• Develop a deep understanding of partner products, services, and industry trends.
• Track and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on partnership initiatives.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
• Exposure to the Information Technology Industry would be preferable.
• Strong track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize partnership performance.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
