Role Description

We are in search of a seasoned Investor Relations Consultant for MSP/ MSSP with a robust background in cybersecurity and technology sectors. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels in networking, negotiation, and relationship management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in attracting and securing substantial investment capital to fuel our growth and expansion strategies.

High Commission-based Pay Structure: Specific earning details will be disclosed during the interview process. This role features a highly incentivizing compensation structure designed to reward substantial contributions to our financial growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with current and potential investors, tailored to the cybersecurity and tech service sectors.
• Organize, schedule, and manage comprehensive presentations and meetings with prospective investors, effectively communicating the value and potential of our MSP and MSSP solutions.
• Craft compelling narratives around DOIT Security's market position, technological advancements, and investment potential to secure substantial funding.
• Navigate investment negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with DOIT Security’s strategic objectives.
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to both senior management and stakeholders about market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to enhance investor engagement and funding outcomes.

Key to Success

• Experience in public speaking and high-stakes presentations.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and investment structuring in the cybersecurity industry.
• Network of contacts within the investment community that specializes in technology and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in investor relations, business development, or a similar role within the tech, MSP, or MSSP sectors.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity markets, investment landscapes, and business model articulation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to develop and maintain senior-level relationships.
• Robust negotiation and closing skills, with a history of successful investment acquisition.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
