What you'll do

DocuSign is looking for a highly motivated team member to join our Product Lead Growth team under the Marketing vertical. 

You will be working with extremely passionate people who care about their customers and want to deliver solutions that help our customers find the right DocuSign product and plan for their needs.

The right candidate knows how to work in a fast-paced agile environment and brings an aptitude to learn and share.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Engineering.

Responsibility

• Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and version control systems (GIT)
• Create test strategies for assigned features, covering functional, usability, security, compatibility, and performance quality aspects
• Collaborate with software developers to identify system requirements and incorporate them into the test plans
• Write maintainable, stable, and efficient automated tests
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Engineer in Test, QA Engineer, or similar role
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with testing frameworks and libraries such as Jest, Cypress, or similar, specifically in the context of
• React-based applications.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with any of the following technologies: Netlify, Next.js, Playwright, NX, and Datadog

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $105,100.00 - $161,775.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $98,800.00 - $135,850.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $98,800.00 - $144,550.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
